Order creation uses a familiar shopping-cart style, enabling you to select items, add them to your shopping-cart, which is visible throughout the order creation process.
To speed up the order creation process, you can select an address from a previously created order.
The instant an order is created, our operations staff are notified and will commence working on your order
You can create and edit the code, description and other attributes of the stock lines that we will hold for you.
Description, product groups or families and minimum stock levels can be configured quickly and easily.
Changes to the minimum level of a stock line will have an immediate impact on re-order reports that we send you, helping you to replenish your stock in a timely manner.
In addition to any orders that you create, you can search orders received by email, by telephone or by fax from the moment that they are entered into our bespoke system.
As orders are processed, you can track the progress of those orders and any resulting despatches.
You can review delivery details as soon as they are entered.
